Ingredients
- -1 large banana, peeled
- -2 Tbsp almond butter, organic, nothing added
- -3 Tbsp toppings (such as chia seeds, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, granola, hemp seeds, crushed pistachios, etc).
Instructions
- 1. Place your desired toppings across a large plate.
- 2. Evenly spread the almond butter in a thin layer all over 1 side of the banana. Press that side into the toppings and cover the other half of the banana with the almond butter. Flip, and press into the toppings to cover the entire banana. You might need to spoon extra toppings around the side so they adhere to the almond butter.
- 3. Slice with a sharp knife into ¾” pieces. Serve with chopsticks and enjoy!
